The Challenge
Our client builds an AI-powered advisory platform for the UK market — a product operating in a space where the output influences financial decisions, and where the firms buying it are themselves regulated.
That created two requirements pulling in opposite directions.
The development pace was fast, with continuous delivery and frequent changes to models and logic. Testing needed to keep up without becoming the bottleneck.
At the same time, the client own customers were conducting information security due diligence before adopting the platform. That meant testing could not simply happen — it had to be demonstrable, with an evidence trail that would satisfy an auditor rather than just an engineering team.
The Solution
We built end-to-end automation across all core modules and wired it directly into the delivery pipeline, so that every pull request was validated automatically before merge.
To keep pace with the release cadence, the suite runs across eight parallel execution sessions, so comprehensive coverage does not translate into a long wait.
The distinguishing work was in the artefacts. We structured test documentation, execution records and defect tracking to satisfy ISO 27001 evidence requirements — so when the client customers asked how quality was assured, the answer was a documented, auditable process rather than an assurance.
